I left the game for two reasons,

1.  One the combat was just stupid and took no skill.  Basically you cc people to death...and no I wasn't on the losing side.

2.  Second, and this is my big question, where's the pvp now?  Before, you had this huge game, but at end game pvp was in abyss and I think it's called belour.  So...are there more areas where pvp occurs now or no?

Thanks,

PvP is only skillful when you're fighting people who are geared and know how to play their class.   Aside from a few really lopsided ones most of the matchups are close enough that either person could win if they're close in skill and gear.    If you're fighting bads then you can easily roll an entire group of them solo.

All three of the new zones added in 4.0 are fully PvP, with a lot of hotspots specifically designed for players of opposing factions to congregate at and move between.   It's way less zergy than 3.0 but there are also a TON of people running around and pvping.   You can only solo if you're a solo PvP class now though, otherwise it's advisable to run in a small group.

Most PvP players consider 4.0 to be the best PvP patch since launch.
