i attempted to download this game.... there was an error. and when i try to redownload it tells me i have already downloaded it (even after its completely erased from my computer) and theres only one download per account and wont let me reinstal it

There is no download limit.  You log in to the site, the NCsoft Launcher gets installed.  It then downloads AION and installs it.

The NCsoft launcher will say AION is installed and you can double click on it.  Should either start the game if installed or show you the download progress window.

ehhh i got that far now its telling me that i dont have enough memory to download the game which i know for a fact isnt true. i even free'd up some space just to make sure

ok. had this problem. dont go through the ncsoft site. you have to go through the actual NCSOFT LAUNCHER downloaded to your computer and download it from there.

Well, the initial download is 13 gigs.  Plus space required to extract/install (possibly 26+ required to get installed), and another few gigs of patching after that.

Also, the default install is on the C drive.  If you're like me and have a drive just for games with a solid state (and low available space) as a C drive, you'll want to make sure you select custom path for installing.
