I cant get my vet rewards to work, and I followed the instructions on the site perfectly. I made a post on the official aion forums, made 3 petitions in game and still got no response. there is no customer support for this game, none whatsoever. its not an exaggeration. I even asked in chat, with the expected smart ass replies.

All I want is to assign the rewards to my characters. and I need help because its not working. So did anyone have similar problems, and if so, what can I do?

do you mean the pre-sale/limited edition items? if so, i applied mine through the ncsoft website/account management page. it took about a minute :D

Have you been playing since release? You need one month of paid time to be able to get the items. You can find out on your Aion account if you have a month yet or not next to where it says "Veteren Rewards Time."

If you do have 1 month there do this:

Log into your NCSoft master account then log into you Aion account.

From there click on "Apply in game items"

Select the server you play on and click "Next"

Select your character that you want to send the rewards to and click "Next"

Check the box for the items and click "Next"

Then click "Apply the Item/Items Packs to this Character"

Log into the game and you will have a mail notification. Click on it and a Shugo Express courier will show up and you get the items from him just like your normal mailbox.

well, my free month ends on nov 15th, but on my account page it says i am elligible for the rewards. I make all the steps, but after i choose the server and character, there is no box to check for any items, it just says all items and packages have been sent to the character. but theres nothing in game though.

do i need to wait till the 15th to get them? if thats so, I can understand that, makes sense, I just wish there was someone from ncsoft to tell me.

Near your minimap there's an icon to click. Once you click it, a shugo arrives and you have to interact with him to get your items. It's express post, if you didn't know it already.

If there's no parcel icon around your minimap, then there must be a bug and you need to petition for it.

EDIT:  Why would you want someone from NCSoft to explain it to you? Too tired to find things out yourself?

Yes. You have to wait until the 15th. If you look below where the Veteren Rewards table is on your account it will tell you what dates you are eligible to get the rewards. My money is on the 15th of each month, or the 16th.

This above. Your items are sent to you via so called express mail - delivered by a mailman.

So did I, but I started at Early Access so I was able to collect on the 4th wither everyone else that started on Launch Day or before.

He apparently opened his account on the 15th, hence why he has to wait to claim the items.
