Just shows how young and stupid fanboys are... U can't read title of post? besides i didnt play any of the games u have mentioned and gaming expierience is very different between USA and EU...

Bots vs Boredom

First word that came to my mind when i heard about Aion was NCSOFT.I have little to no respect for that developer.

After i actually did some research ,then again only one word kept surrounding everything about this game ...FLYING.

So combine the two,you have an untrustworthy developer[nguard/bot city] and a mechanic that really should not create as much hype as it did.There SHOULD be much better features to surround the hype with,than flying.

Fake, Counterfeit, appearing to be one thing when it's something else.  The combat system and pvp are great. The graphics are quite amazing.

Unfortunately the game is rampant with Real money transfer companies and BOTs everywhere you go. Often I would attempt to do quests and find 6-10 bots in the area I needed to quest at killing all the mobs.

At the end of the day the game is still korean owned. Any fixes or implementations we need as an american player base have to go through the Korean dev's. And they just have a different view of the game than american players do. The company is slow and sluggish to respond quickly to much needed changes due to this buisness model. The american offices and mods can only really moderate the american Aion web site, and send suggestions to Korea. They have no power over the game per say, and very little influence on how things come about.

This was very evident in the Halloween event. Where instead of coding in a nice event for players to have fun with, all they did was give out surveys with crappy stories and some silly candy. Customer Service is absolutely Horrid. There is no 24/7 GM support. And the total they have about 6 GM's to cover all the needs of 16 servers. Overall I would give the game a 4 out of 10, this is after playing the game for 2 months.

Many people are rating this game too soon, which is leading to it's inflated ratings.

EQ-like, I played EQ, WoW, WAR (and a host of others) all from relese and it is EQ that I find the game most like.

This post = fail.  The Aion west is comtrolled by American Devs get it right.  If you are going to make accusations at least have one fact.  I can respect some one dissing a game for facts.  Bots are a problem but there are channels that you can turn too.
