Everytime I log in the game freezes, but then it goes back to the login screen and I can't do anything. The login background moves and the music plays but I can't do anything. Anyone know what the problem is? |

I'm having the problem that when I try to login, it tells me that my Account Name or Password is invalid. I logged in on the PlayNC website, logged in with no problems, and changed my Aion account password just to be certain, but still the same problem four hours later. Am I the only one...? |

Mine doesn't even say wrong username or password, it doesn't do anything. |

If it is not during closed beta event, it will tell you the user name and password is invalid. This is mainly due to the server are taken down when the beta event is not going on. You can log onto NCsoft website no problem of course since it is a NCsoft account and not just an Aion only account. Yes, it might freeze the game if you tried to log into the game when the event is not going on, this is normal. It is in beta phase, so they probably haven't implemented the message and functions when the server are down. It simply make the buttons not function if you managed to log in past the "User name and password is invalid" message. I hope this answer your question. |
