Guild Area and Members
Aletheia is a semi-hardcore guild, which means that we will accept players that play from casual and hard-core. We will cover all areas of the game for each individual’s desire. This includes PvE, PvP, crafts, End-Game content and etc. Aletheia is aimed at progressing at each of these areas at a fast, yet steady pace to keep players up to date and ready. It is to help each person progress in all respective areas. Have a big goal in mind? Rest assured for your fellow Aletheians will break it down into smaller and easier steps. This is to ensure that no one is stressed about how to get there; in which we shall facilitate huge task, break up the workload, and ensure that it is accomplished.

Community
Aletheia will not ignore member’s suggestions, we will listen to them. Opinions and constructive criticism is welcomed and listened to, so that this guild can be strong and supportive towards player’s goals. Each individual in the guild is important, because they are the ones that make the guild operational, active, and fun.
Friendship and support; Aletheia is there to support and fertilize the growth of each of our members. Respect each individual. We would also like to keep a balance of number of people from NA and EU, to ensure that each group has a good number playing online and in all types of events.
Maturity
Aletheia is also a mature guild; we would like to keep things mutual. We do not want to be the antagonist, for it saddens us to see people of the community angered and/or saddened. As mature kinsmen, we would like to keep chat fresh and clean, not filled with excessive and repetitive cussing, etc. Though we are a mature guild, it does not mean we will only accept people 18 and older. Anyone can act immature, but there are those who can be mature.
Happiness
“Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared.” – Buddha.
Experience
Through the experience of players, say, those who played Lineage 2 and maintained a strong guild with success for six years, can be active, helpful, and great. Is it not better to always correct and fix mistakes, then to go through the same experiences and run downs all over again. It is in the need of change, rather than something full on repetitive and/or redundant that can make a guild successful and fun. Aletheia will make a different experience each time.
Mission and Rules
We will run with other guilds in competition to be one of the best as well, yet we want to simply have fun. It shall be an honor to fight along guild members and other guilds. All for the greater good to gain enjoyable memories. Not something that is abrupt, redundant, and short lived for. Each person’s time will be well spent and not be wasted. We shall stay organized, prepared, and ready for any events. Aletheia will gain from experience, both defeats and victories with achievement from both. We will make sure players will not gain abrupt and/or redundant histories. We aim to laugh and have a great time as a guild without causing any distress of just working to be the best and disturbing each other's personal life.

Time and Location
We recruit players from all over, not from just the U.S. alone. It is for players of each type to always find someone online at the time being. The three leaders of Aletheia play at their respective times. It is always possible to find an event or a siege for people who can find time for it. However, it does not mean it will separate us in general; we would like to get to know each individual than just bluntly let them be to be used for guild needs. The Aletheian forums are always open to connect players with news and announcements of guild events, gatherings, and sieges, in which everyone will get to participate in all types of events without getting on at some absurb time schedule. Times can be compromised to have both parties meet at a mutual time. Everyone will get a chance to know each other and each occasion will be like a family reunion. So get the chance to know about certain cultures and backgrounds!
Truth
For those wondering what Aletheia means, it means truth in Greek. Will you find the truth in us to solve those problems you may have and wish to fill that gut of excitement?
