- Wow that is horrible. Its like when a new movie is coming out and being hyped up, a knock off movie will be rushed through the studios with low level acting just trying to cash in on those ordering by mistake.

- was the mario brothers 1 game engine up for sale or something? Or maybe the pong game engine. I know it's a disney owned and created franchise but sheesh do they not want to make any money at all? and for those people saying this is for kids, uh have you ever been to disney land/world that crap ain't cheap.

- haha honestly... It doesn't look too bad. I would play it indeed. As far as the effects go and stuff, it's better than Voyage Century. Just because of the graphics, doesn't mean anything. Look at Ultima Online's graphics...people still play that...It's not about graphics, it's about how much fun you have while playing the game, or the certain features that are in the game that you may like. Great game, can't wait.

- The reason the graphics look the way they do is because disney is targetting children who are using older hand me down computers. The graphics are intentially toned down for this reason. So unless you plan on buying all the young children with aging pIII and pIV systems a new computer, I would hold my tongue before bashing a game that is obviously not targeting the steroid driven graphics audience.

- All people do is complain nowadays... gee, we would have LOVED to play this game... in the 1990s. Oh well... remember playing Pirates! on the Amiga? There was a whole lot of fantasy going on in a players mind to make it fun... and it was really big fun. What happened? Where did we lose our in-mind fantasy? *lol*

- It looks like it has a ways to go but I like the idea of a Pirate Game with loads of Fantasy mixed in. I am thinking this is what will be lacking in Pirates of the Burning Sea. It seems to me that the IP is hurting this game (most folks wanna dog on it because it is PotC -- two, and maybe three, average movies at best)...I will give it the benefit of the doubt until I see the final product.
