i was just playing Pirates of the Caribbean Online this morning, and on my account i have 2 characters, mine and my sisters. we have 2 computers so we where both playing together, and we where thinking about upgrading to members. but i just thought, most online games have a rule saying if you have 2 accounts they can't interact with each other, so i checked the main site to see if it's breaking any of this game's rules, but i did not find anything saying it does. can someone tell me if it is breaking any rules to play together with 2 different characters that are on the same account? i don't want to buy a membership if it is, and i don't have the money to pay for 2 accounts.

sorry if this is in the wrong place.

It's almost an unwritten rule that in MMOs, you can only log into an account on one computer at a time. If you are logged into your character and your sister wants to play, you'll have to log out first or she'll have to wait. You can't log into the same account twice.

If you don't have money to buy a second account, you're out of luck I'm afraid.

that's what i was thinking, i meant to create a new free account for my sister but i accidentially signed in on mine and i wasn't really paying attention so we created a character and it was working although i noticed the mistake later when i loged out for a little.

but just a few minutes ago i thought there may be a rule agenst it since every other MMO i've played (not that many) have had that in the rules, i checked but it wasn't there, and i remember someone telling me this was more of a family game so i thought maybe they didn't have that rule. do you know for sure if it is breaking a rule or was that just a guess, sorry it just sounded like you where guessing based on other games.
