Hey guys this game looks really good.

1 thing, I cant download it? When i click on download i get nuting and an address that was AutoBlank or sumthing?

ok i got the game downloaded and my account working but when i create a chacter i cant cant him/her.

also when i went to play the game all i c is mostly blue ness?? how can i fix this?

Your computer probably doesn't meet the minimum requirements for the game.  If it does, then you have other problems like faulty or outdated drivers.

There are two things you can try:

1. Install new drivers - you should cleanly remove the existing drivers, then install updated drivers.
2. Open your user.cfg file and add pipeline = vfpf (copy and paste this) under the [Display] section, then save and close the file.  You have to do this while the game is not running, btw.

Yeah so iv tried to add that but it says

Cannot create the C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Dungeon Runners\config/default.cfg file.

or   defalu cfg.

this file exists with read only attributes

please use a different file name.

Thats weird cuz im played games like W.O.W, Star Wars Battle Front 2, Guild Wars on this video card but this game with lower graphics doesn't work...

user.cfg, not default.cfg - it might be read only, too, so right-click it and uncheck the read only box.

alright iv kinda moved on but ill try it later 2 night..

Im having the same problem with the Users.cfg display issue thingy.  The only problem is that my Users.cfg file is empty. I inerted

[Display]
Pipeline=VFPF

into the file but the problem still continues.  Im guessing that there is more code that needs to be put into the file.  If some once could post the code into theirs... or show me a place where i can download just that file it would help alot. Thanks Matrix

Well, first of all, you didn't say what your actual problem his, so is the user.cfg file even the right fix for you?

Secondly, there has to be spaces between the words and the equal sign (pipeline = vfpf, not pipeline=vfpf).  I believe that if you don't enter it correctly, it'll actually delete the contents of your user.cfg file.

Also, the user.cfg file isn't created until you actually login for the first time.  If you see the file, but it's empty, then just add

[Display]

pipeline = vfpf

Lastly, don't forget that neither this nor the technical support forum on the official site are "official technical support".  These are both user boards.  If you want official support, go to PlayNC Help and "ask a question.  Please note, if you've never used PlayNC Help before the you'll need create a support account first.
