Guild Wars Factions News - Championships Info

Guild Wars has released new information about their Guild Wars Factions Championship series, which just completed its second season of play. They also have a match report posted, which can be read, here. 

 

The 2nd season of the Guild Wars Factions Championship series just ended, and the top 16 eligible Guild Wars guilds from all around the world will be competing in another round of single elimination playoffs starting May 20, 2006.

These 8-player guilds will be competing to collect GWFC Points, which may earn them a slot at the upcoming $100,000 Guild Wars Factions World Championship being held in Leipzig, Germany, cape trim upgrades, and the special Season 2 Reward: The opportunity to redesign the in-game Guild Wars PvP templates!

Be sure to watch the matches during the next two weekends and cheer on your favorite guilds!
