I think the link is broken

The link is broken for me to. Just shows it as a pic of a movie file. There is no play option or anything.

Looks like a shooter to me.  Why do I have to pay a sub again?  There are lots of shooter games that offer free servers.

They better do a lot more work to make combat more exciting.  Right now it looks very flat and dull.  Those are supposed to be bullets and laser people are shooting.   That video was dull looking even for a beta MMORPG lol

That was a bit of a let down. I guess everyone has different ideas of what they wanting to see.  They could have shown some battle action while doing the quest that way we could have seen the layout of the game a little better. 

I think they were showing just shooting, cause pvping is the big thing right now.

I personally think the game looks awesome and plan on getting it, even if it turns out to be a shooter, I want a Stargate shooter.

Well the graphics look ok for early beta, the gameplay shown on the video seems a little... childish?

But time will tell I guess.

I was excited when SGW was announced then the more I see of it the more put of I am by it.

I bet you are probably right but... you don't want potential players who semi-follow the game to have to make that leap on their own imo. You better throw something out there that folks tell their friends about. I agree with what others have said... so far FS has shown nothing to warrant that word of mouth, except maybe some negative word to mouth by people who take MMOs more seriously than others, like all of us who read sites like this....

I think they are kinda shooting themselves in the foot. Less is more FS. If you are really early in beta you still have plenty of time to hype this thing.

Wow that looked terrable.  its not that the graphics are bad its that the style is so anti SG.  Whats with the birghtly collered HUD?  it just looks retarded.

I really hope that NEW MMO gets better.

Wow... what a huge dissapointment. I really hope that wasn't what SGW will really be like. I'm fine with a shooter, I expected it would be one, but really? That clip was about as exciting as the fight scenes in a "G" rated Disney-Pixar movie. Where's the adrenaline? The strategy? The risk? The intensity? The heroism? And why in God's name were all of the SG team members wearing grey spandex chicken suits?
