So I entered the contest, won, got the email with the key, and can't download the beta client, so what good is the key if I can't use it?

The email said my account was "set up" and it said to download the client I needed to go to:

http://beta.cheyenneme.com/downloadclient.php

Well I've never heard of that site until this email and of course couldn't have set up an account, and apparently neither did they because my account was and is not "set up" not only that but it was also not set up at stargateworlds.com which is a completley different site from cheyenneme.com, so I set up an account at stargateworlds.com, but I can't set up an account aty cheyenneme.com because there is not setup page only a login page. I've emailed the stargate worlds people and they responded by saying "here's the password request page for stargateworlds.com" nope, I don't need a password request page for stargate worlds dot com, I need a login and pass confirmation for cheyenneme dot com, two completley different dot com's. One has the client one doesn't, according to the email. So apparently I won nothing but a waste of my time.
 

Did you set up an account here? Thats where you register for beta and there is an option to enter a beta key if you recieved one.
