On Friday Gary Whiting and CME had another court ruling in Utah. Nedra Roney McKell and Robert McKell sued Gary Whiting, CME, MMOguls etc. for $2.5 million. For more info check out dockets.justia.com/docket/court-utdce/case_no-2:2009cv00918/case_id-72540/

Its not just Gary and CME. Its pretty much everyone: "Gary Whiting, Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment, Garvick Properties, Cheyenne Mountain Games, MMoguls and NOW Corporation" If all these groups have to pony up another 2.5 million bucks, then it pretty much means all the new investors CME claims to have will just be giving money to pay off these lawsuits. I doubt any money is actually going to make it to the game before it gets eaten up by Gary or lawsuits aginst him. Each man must for himself alone decide what is right and what is wrong, which course is patriotic and which isn't. You cannot shirk this and be a man.
