I played this game back when if first came out, and it really did suck. I came back in 2009 and enjoyed the game but it didnt grab me... Came back the other day and despite what others would like to say about WHO being dead, its not... its a great game for those who like great games ;) Sun Dec 05 2010 11:00AM

kiniku writes: I go from MMO to MMO faster than I trade in girlfriends but at the low levels I am liking this girl so far. I have two low level toons. A healer and a Melee DPS on both sides. I never played this game because at launch it looked like a WoW clone. But today for $14.99 as the only price of admission I decided to take a look. The "life time trial" is a bit of a misnomer as you can only get to level 10 and some key features are missing but that being said you can still gain a great understanding of the game and experience most of what it has to offer almost right away. But for just a monthly sub you really can't beat it. Graphics: WoW like, but better. But too many toon clones like WoW. But still overall not bad. Sound: Great! The sounds during battles can make your computer room sound like a Vietnam war zone. Role Playing: I don't think this game is about RP. I don't RP. I have a life thank you. Value: at $14.99 for admission only this is a pretty good deal! Fun: Want to run right into PvP with little upkeep or BS? This is your game brother! Community: Better than WoW so far but isn't any community better than WoW's? Performance / Lag: 10Mbps internet at my place and notta problemo at all so far. Customer Service: I don't know and at this point don't care Comments: 1. a lot of fun for a low admission fee. No BS prep, gear or leveling required to jump right into the middle of the action. And this game is all about action at just about all levels it seems. Mythic took some of their unique ingredients from Dark Age of Camelot -that made that game a success by the way- and injected it into a WoW like game. This is PvP simplicity at its best but well designed with a lot of detail and a focus on rewards and improvements towards your toon through both RVR and PVE experience. If you like PvP but only when you want it this might be your game. Tue Nov 02 2010 1:04PM
TKDAAH writes: I can't describe just how boring and fast this game was. At the beginning it looked cool but doing the quests I couldn't force myself to keep going. The PvP was awful and confusing, people didn't know what to do. I also didn't like the players being the same level for PvP, it doesn't make it an even match. One player is way more experienced and one player is trying to get used to the game. Sat Sep 25 2010 6:58PM

willia83 writes: Edit: review after playing for 1 month (back after 1 year off). Unless you are going to spend 200+ hours to get to rvr 80 (+time to level to 40, + time to get medals to buy stuff - another 2/400 hours) + £100 to 200 in play time. Yes bla bla bal, "I can get to rvr80 in 3 weeks(f****n loser with no life, 24/7 bod). Waste of time and money. No skill required, just time to grind to lev RVR80. U will have a massive dis-advantage (and it is massive, like dead in 2 secs v live for 20+ secs and kill peolpe who atack you) if your not rvr80 + all equ. I would say this is one of the must uneven games around. Next year this game is dead, DONT even bother to start unless you don't have a job. you have to be 80RVR to even have a chance. 80% of the people you play against are rvr80. utter crap. Think I will got back to AoC where skill matters, at 40 you can just about kill a level 80 with top equ, if your good. You can tell when you pay someone with even equipment, its fun, but its does not happen a lot. Unless you have the money and time to get to 80 (soon to be 100, Zzzzzz). Even for free, this would be a big waste of time. Wed Sep 15 2010 3:59PM
Diablo4783 writes: Glitches are commical and the pve is sub par but pound for pound it is the best pvp of any mmorpg out there. can hop in for an hour and hop out and have a blast. scenerios, rvr, pq's, lots to do. a third faction and a more stable game engine would make this game top notch.
