The "July 4th Event" has begun in Warhammer Online. The event ,which runs from now until July 7th grants players 10% increased renown and experience.

I did not know that in the Warhammer world the 4th of July is a special day. I did not even know that there is the month of July.
Why do so many MMOs not stick to their own original IP and contribute to more immersion this way? The history of the Warhammer World reaches over thousands of years. I am sure there are historical events that justify some celebration event.
Why all this watering down?
because they are bleeding subs so friking fast and their game is tanking to frikin low that they will do anything and use any excuse to keep their players happy (a.k.a paying) 1 more day
