I was just reading over on the forums and apparently the cancel subscription button has dissapeared, a day before Rift headstart begins. Pretty shady.

Please note before you start putting on your tinfoil hats: The cancel subscription button was only activated in account management for accounts set to auto-renewal. Warhammer fanatic since '85.

There are a couple ongoing threads on the Mythic forums for these issues. There was an accounts services website maintenance today so there may be some issues. I checked my accounts and they are ok, but that may not be the case for everyone. I suggest following those threads to anyone having issues. Warhammer fanatic since '85.

It 'disappeared' before the maintenance (which involved changing a bit or memory so had nothing to do with management), and it was still gone till a while after. it's fixed now though, but you have to admit, how the hell do they even manage to make that happen, and let alone let it happen exactly at that moment xD
