A - I felt like I was "hung up" on by the CSR.  They could of told me to look at the web page (on how guild transfers work) or said soemthing, but no they go on and close the chat.

B - They left me in the dark.  Now our guild on Iron Rock has a bugged guild leader and there is nothing I can do but wait another 2 days on a new petition to get it fixed.  Hell, this CSR saw what I said and the petition included that the guild leader was bugged.

 

The definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. When will developers (and players) become sane? Now go eat some grass like everyone else.
