Nobody can't deny WAR is a polished MMO but guess we can agree it aimed high and felt, without a parachute, hard.

I tend to think the game can still be scavenged and transformed into a successful product.

First to bring back players into the game a similar F2P model as the one developed by Turbine should be implemented.

Then as to make this game more unique add a third faction and real incentives to kick other's butt.

Somehow merge the starting areas so the world doesn't feel that empty. Maybe transform some zones into giant outdoor instances.

If they made it F2P, I'd come back in a heartbeat.  I've tried the unlimited trial account about a year after release of the game.  I had another account when the game was launched, but only played for a few months before returning to WoW.

However, I can say that the RvR was definitely fun and when there were lots of people ballting at the same time, the slogan "WAR is EVERYWHERE!" came to life.  Unfortunately, the game isn't so lively on other servers other than Badlands to my knowlege.  At one time, trial accounts could roll toons there, but now that server is for active accounts only which prompted me to discontinue playing until a F2P model is adopted(if ever).
