I just resubbed after a break, I am a former Europe player....I

thought..a new patch, lez try it!

I moved all my chars to Warpstone server as requested...I was in shock...

WAR is empty?? There is nobody there? It now looks like a solo game to me..

What happened to WAR? No more EU players?

Any suggestions?

Warpstone is a test server, it sounds like you are running the test-patcher rather than the main patcher when starting the game. Look for something called patch.exe in your installation directory and run that. (Could be a specific issue with european users too, wouldn't know anything about that but I would guess EA wants to make resubbing just as easy for old GOA customers?)

 I think that is the test server.

i play on iron rock (or is it iron forge....) and i think i've seen maybe 3 people in T2.  what a waste of a good game. =/ 

Yea, sounds like there was user error and went to the test server.

WAR is well populated in Tier 1 and Tier 4. The biggest vacancies are found in T2 and (moreso) in T3

I play on Iron Rock too, it's the server with the lowest population of all the warhammer servers and if you play at non-peak hours t2 and t3 will be dead. If you have a low level toon and you're playing a lot off peak I suggest rerolling on Badlands, Karak Norn or Karak Azgal, if you're going to play at peak hours you'll find more people (though fewer since xpack since people are back on their mains.)

For the record, Iron Rock was dead before the xpack, I expect it to head downhill again, a pvp game lives on population and people will gravitate to servers with active populations.

Pretty much had a similar experience last time i tired it over 6 months ago.  But they keep updating the game, why ?  Why waste ressources in a game nobody is playing ?

IE go to badlands or volk.

becuase peopel are playing it, just not many bladlands and volk have a healthy populationa nd so do a few others.

 Gorfang also has a good population. Not like Badlands, but I really do enjoy getting into more 6 v 6 fights at BOs.

In North America Badlands has by far the largest population with Volk being the next best an quite healthy. Volk is where I play and I have been enjoying it. T3 is a bit thin but you are not there forever.

But you say you are in Europe? You might want to check out one of the two Karak server, those are the English speaking servers. Last I checked they were the busiest EU servers.

Sorry no, and I would be very wary of any torrents out there :/  You may have to download the entire game (unless you have your original media or d/l somewhere)... at least d/l-ing should be as easy as hitting the trial button on warhammeronline.com.

My girlfriend wanted to play again so she signed us both up. I can't believe I missed out on such a cool PvP game, but where is everyone? We have gotten past 10 on 3 NA servers so far (not badlands) and have a lot of trouble finding more than 20 people in an area to pick on. Bummer... Where could all of these people have gone? WoW? Rift Beta?

The population has pretty much been slowly declining, but after 1.4 dropped more people have left. Just go to the official forums in General and you can see what's up.
