I cannot find this mob, "Chronicler Devion" for the quest I aforementioned at Ruins of Nagarythe. I did kill the lamenters and nomads but the named person couldn't be found. I went to all highs and lows of the area

Couldn't find it via Google or any forums :/ Does anyone know?

This quest is in the Shadowlands, btw.

Umm it should be in the red area on your map.

If its not there wait.  Some named mobs take longer to respawn.

lol, I knew that. Like I said, I killed the lamenters and nomads ;) The thing is, I went there twice (yesterday and today) to find him/her.. and I had never seen anyone else in that area. I was just there for 2 hours

For the love of gawd, there has to be someone out there that actually did this quest or has struggled with it. I need some information about it, thanks.

you know.. bugs.. its probably not there.. and never was.. move on :)

i can point out few quests which arent working.. what bugs me a lot in beta.. there is about 0 chatting.. i mean in any other mmorpg you can already know all bugged quest by lvl 2 :)

What side and starting zone is it?  And what level is the quest?

Ill try and do it and then tell you if i find the mob.

He is there, he is inside the ruins.  You will have to search a bit to find him.  He is in the area with the Loremasters.

Dark elf elite quest chain in tier 2. mobs are around rank 13-14.
