Are the guild system and battle standards actually implemented in this open beta?

Has anyone tried to level a guild to access these tools, if so?

Or is everone just soloing stuff?

Or indeed is it still under nda?

I'm asking these questions mainly because none of the reviewers have even mentioned these things.
