Im enjoying this game very much so far but i still try to figure out at wich lv you can use morale abilities and

tactics. Anyone here who made some experience with it?

Morale is lvl 8 dude.  I got my first morale ability as an Engineer the other day at level 8.  Its a pretty awsome knock back. Your right about the rest though.

ToK tactics have to be unlocked..I've yet to really figure that out beond the basic ones like kill 10k of x mob ones lol.

yeah morale is 8 or 10 but its maybe class dependend?

Later you get a whole bunch more morale sills to choose from plus alot of tactics. You can switch tactics setups on the fly btw as long as you are not in combat.

Then there's the masteries which enhance your core skills plus give new skills. Once you are lvl 11 you begin with masteries. When you have enough points you gotta click on a skill in the mastery to be able to train it, it needs to be green before you can train it by clicking it. New tactics also are in the masteries plus morale skills higher up in the tree.

You can also unlock tactics etc through the tome though no idea yet how though.

And there are also some tactics you can buy with RVR renown points although I haven't bothered with those since there are so many other things like stat boosts you can buy with renown.

Tome tactics are unlocked by filling out the ToK.  So far I have only found one piece of a tactic unlock.  When you do unlock one you can then purchase them from the Library in Inevitable City, not sure where in Altdorf.
