Have been waiting since around 16.00 today for my verification mail after managing to enter my beta code, so I was wondering if anyone actually managed to get into open beta yet after using the new validation process put up by GOA today?

Still waiting for confirmation mail about key being valid. To be honest. I'm suspecting that GOA deliberately are stalling the process cause they are afraid the servers will crash. So, first we have to wait for all the French players to join the servers. Vote GOA for Turkey-award 2008

I have a theory - GOA cant handle the bottlekneck (1/2 a million screaming users on a cheap and nasty server) so effectively they're just polishing a turd - this asynchronous technique has just moved the bottleneck out of view and created a feeling of momentum when somewhere deep in GOA are 0.4mil unverified beta keys. -- Note: PlayNC will refuse to allow you access to your account if you forget your password and can't provide a scanned image of the product key for the first product you purchased..... LOL

Apparantly, I have read two cases of an e-mail sent mentioning wrong data input for registration. Compared to no people actually receiving a successful registration. This reinforces the idea that the image of something happening is like the conspiracy of a certain cake.
