To get to the main city you have to travel pretty far from the first town, and pay 50 bronze for a flight.  And since NO PERSON was in the main city when I got there, I'll have to convince 5 people to make the trek to the flight master, and pay the 50bronze themselves...I barely have the 50silver for buying the guild registration.

 OK - not really a surprise TBH.

bring back the old guild when you met good people in game and worked up a guild, rather than now making a guild 3 secs on open and just caring about numbers

The main problem is the distance the main city and flight path are from the start area.  I'm in the US.

Really? You're complaining you can't log into the game for the first time and immediately create a guild?

so if you think this is tough, then give feedback on the beta forum instead of whining here.

After launch it is a different story.

Sigh seriously , why do you want to make a guild at lvl 1? at lvl 10 i had over 2 gold so its no biggie ....

Yeah,  50 bronze is nothing, you get that after completing a few of the starter quests, or by killing a few mobs.

Also i bet its hard finding people in tier 2+ cities, most people are using the open beta week to try out the classes, not try to build a guild or race to the endgame, i mean everythings going to get wiped soon enough.

I know you have to have a full group to form a guild, but do they all actually have to be at the Guild Registrar when you make it?

First of all, you can run to the flight master in about 10 minutes or less from your starting location..  50 copper is actually extremely easy to get, and between 5 people.. getting enough to form the guild should be rather easy as well.  I have about 70 silver and I'm only rank 7. 

Anyone else agree with this guy?  Cuz' I don't.

I haven't tried, but from what I've read.. everyone has to be there at the registrar upon creation.

Nothing about this game is tough! Everything is perfect the way it is!

Actually, I take back what I said, the PvP is really tough! Which is perfect! Only good people will do well in it! Good people like me!

Well, that issue aside, I actually made the guild, and I might as well make one in Open Beta to recruit people for launch and try out the guild system in Warhammer.  You can see my guild recruitment thread in guilds forum.

This game is hella fun, I'm definitely sticking with it.

Edit: Yes every one has to be AT the registrar, but there's no charter to pass out on the upside.  The main city is lame right now because there's no one there, and you can't join tier one scenarios from there as of now.
