I like the casual aspect of this guild. I have a family and a job, so hardcore is not really an option for a 25 year old in the real world. I am going to roll chaos and would like to be able to apply for Unrepentant pending sponsorship of course. I signed up for your forums under the name beldin001. Yes you are right about the AoC chapter. However it is Funcoms fault entirely.

A jaded member whom we did not make on officer upon my taking a break from AoC is what screwed us. I logged in 7 days ago and made a member guild leader and promoted new officers. I did NOT make Eveleral/Venomstriker an officer and he was pissed that I didn't make HIM guild leader.

SO, he got a hold of a GM, fed the GM a line of crap. The GM made HIM guild leader then he promptly kicked every member from the guild thus destroying our guild city and our battle keep!

Funcoms polocy on this is that if a guild leader does not log in, in 30 days that such actions can be taken by a GM. Well I logged in 7 days ago, a CO guild leader logged in three days ago and the person we actually made guild leader was on every single day, recruiting and keeping the guild alive.

So Funcom dropped the ball BIG TIME. When the actual guild leader contacted funcom they actually told him they had no record of our guild ever excisting!

It is frankly unbelievable but true, every bit of it.

So guild leaders BEWARE, any peon jaded dickhead in your guild can petition funcom to make him guild leader of your guild and he can then destroy your guild.

I can only hope that WAR has no such polocy when it comes to guilds and I hope their GMs actually have a brain in teir head.
