RECRUITMENT

Recruitment status: OPEN for all classes.

For now we are recruiting all classes. We prefer people with experience
from other MMO's.

Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must reside in Europe.
• You must be able to lose with a smile. Not afraid to face impossible odds.
• You must be able to get along and work with our members.
• You must have the most recent version of Ventrilo/Teamspeak. Having a microphone is not required. Using voice communication both strengthens our bond and provides faster and more accurate communication than guildchat.
  Members are therefore free to make use of the voice commucication server when they see fit.
• We are interested in members who participate, share ideas, post on the forums, and are all around active within our small community. Dedication is a must

Fall from Grace is a European based destruction guild. We consider our guild a semi-hardcore raiding guild. Fall From Grace is a guild built on friendship, competition and fun.

Being a semi-hardcore guild means we'll be raiding at least 2 nights a week. Since the main focus of WAR will be RvR we will spend a fair deal of organizing some PvP raids as well. Since we are a semi-hardcore raiding guild it is not required to attend every raid we organise. However we do encourage our players to attend raids as much as possible. Being a semi-hardcore guild means we won't be full of kids that don't go to school. We will never be a ‘Uber leet hardcore guild’ that raids 7 days a week. This is not a bad thing, and in no way means we cannot be the best. We will do things at our own pace and reach our goals in a more fun and relaxed way.

The guild is run by the leader and officers. This allows for swift decision making and has proven very effective in the past. We do however require the opinions of our guild members to make decisions when these affect the guild as a whole. There's no need to worry we'll leave you out of the decision making. Our officers have experience in successfully running large guilds in games like World of Warcraft and Anarchy Online. If you are looking for a guild that will be doing end-game content then Fall from Grace is the place to be.

Currently we are trying to establish a dedicated core of members for the guild who all will be treated equally. We therefore believe it is important to keep the number of guild ranks to a minimum. Respect is earned by dedication, trust and commitment to the guild and not by a guild rank title. We are aiming to have at least 24 dedicated members willing to build a new guild with a relaxed and friendly environment.

Alot of things  in the guild are still under development. We are progressing fast though. If you want to have a say in these things, be sure to sign up!
