Admit you do too :D They are so hysterical and funny! They seem to have the solid attitude it takes to push a MMORPG forward! And the enthusiasm and interest to do so.

I have to agree - I've never seen a Dev team like Mythic before. It's the best attitude I've seen when it comes to making any game. Paul Barnett is a bit of a hero as well. (yep, i used to play Terris)

/agree

I've spent some of my free time today watching video blogs, podcasts, and interviews.  I cannot remember the last time I saw a dev have so much fun describing his product.  Paul is brilliant!  Seriously, I can see why marketing uses him so promenantly in their coverage.

Seriously.

I'll pass your love along, since I seem to get none of it. :( Even though I'm the one out here in the trenches with you guys. :(

Well, I think it's pretty safe for me to tell you that I think you get a good slice of the love cake as well.. lol I can barely imagine how hard everyone at Mythic is working on this game - but the enthusiasm really shows. And that's why you're here in the trenches with us too.

Keep up the great work!

Liah! I already told you I love you for confirming we get trophies on our armor after not hearing anything about it for months.  You are loved Richard. You do the real work, you are here with the rabidly psychotic players. The devs just make the game. You get to try and appease the ever demanding players. I wouldn't be able to handle your job.

Thanks guys, I was just kidding though really, I don't do it for all that. I just love my job and love getting out and meeting all sorts of people who love the same kinds of games I do, whether it's in RL at various conventions or on various forums around the web. :)

Akira is to the Matrix and Warhammer is to Warcraft, Without it the others would not exist.

I'm fairly new to WAR-watching, so I didn't even notice you were from Mythic until now.  Wow!  This is the first time I've ever seen an official member of a dev team post at a third party forum!  I am impressed by your dedication to the community.

Seriously.

I actually troll all of the major WAR forums around the web. :) I tend to use the same username everywhere, so I'm easy to spot.

Hmm sorry for going off topic, but how do you get a job as a community manager? (thats the right word for it, right?) i mean it must be one of the best jobs there can be for a gamer :)

to you, good sir.

This is one of those games I wish I didn't know about until the day before launch, as it has been pure torture watching every vid, every screen, every everything in anticipation.

Richard, pass this on for me please, bro:

I will PAY a monthly to be in the BETA! heh

No, seriously, I will!
