Yeah I know I'm a sandbox, high risk pvp guy but two days ago I decided to make a unlimited free trial to WAR since the game was still installed onto my PC.

Within an hour I was in 100+ player Orvr skirmish in Empire T1 with no stutter, my spells were more responsive, no rubber banding, no client crashes and I was even able to put a few settings on High using a single core Cpu 6 year old PC.

Around seven months ago I couldn't do a PQ with more than five players without stuttering like a crack head in need of a fix.

If the preformance issues kept you away before try the unlimited trial its free forever and you can level and twink 24 classes have acces to a dungeon, lairs,  three SCs, chaotic Orvr, dozens of PQs forever.

Not bad for a casual experience imo.

I don't know if I will renew my account and continue my T3 shaman but I will totally keep this trial and twink out and enjoy a Orvr skirmish and SCs here and there.

Why would I play a pathetic themepark MMO when I could enjoy a masterpiece like Mass Effect, Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Dragon Age?

I have been thinking about this aswell, and right now i decided to try it out again. Unlimited trial up till T2 sounds like it could be fun from time to time as a potential time killer :)

Tbh, this is prolly the BEST free game out there now, MMO wise.  1-11 is the most fun PvP out I think, extremely balanced (to as much as low levels can be) and just something to have tons of fun with buddys with.

I do agree on the fun part in T1, but unfortunately noone can deny that this game is dead. Especially after yesterdays major layoffs in Mythic. In my opinion, the unlimited free trial was a desperation move, trying to salvage whatever they could of this game. They have absolutely NO excuse for me as a company. They had it all. Excellent IP and tons of money. They simply failed to deliver.

Too bad. I had really high hopes when this game launched.

You can either agree with me or be wrong!

I think you mean 1-10 no?

Edit: Hmm perhaps not, could've sworn I saw someone mention a level 10 cap for the endless trial so as to prevent twinking  but the trial faq makes no mention of it so I guess not

What is your CPU's clock speed? I quit the game because it was impossible for me to ORvR with my Athlon 64 3000+ @ 2 GHz

10 is indeed the maximum in the trial, but the maximum level in tier 1 is 11. Everyone in the RvR zone or scenarios gets temporarily buffed to level 11, however.
