I just wanna post here, cuz the action is here.

A MMO player can:

- Can afford medium build computer every 2 years
- They Can afford to try out  2mmo`s a year
- They are open to all games

I have been reading the threads here for the last years, and you kidding yourself if you think that we do that other mmo games bashing at the AOC forum...

So.. This is the conclusion. But, first i have to feel pity with the real warhammer fans, and that they have been overrun by wow redjects.

I will be playing this game no matter what..

So, my advice is take a chill pill... And if you are a MMO fan play both........... If you cant afford it

you need to think about your statements.   many MMO players are your average gamer and dont upgrade their computers for 2+ years.  on average those that i know only upgrade every 4 years and that is usually a full system overhaul.  as for the 2 MMO's a year, again 9 million people play WoW, X million play Lineage 2 (sorry cant remember the figure) and X million are dispersed around the other games.  this website represents the "elite" players.  they discuss their games (many just play),  they look at other games (most just stick to the 1 game) and we form strong opinions before we even get to play (many see the game on the shelf and decide then and there whether to buy it or not).

basically dont take this site as a representation of the MMO playerbase.

I believe he said they "can," not, they "do."

I play video games to have fun.

Being a real MMO gamer has nothing to do with how rich you are, how good your PC is or wether or not you can speak fluent l33t or try out multiple MMO's a year.

A real MMO player knows his class and how to play it.  He hasn't bought an existing account from ebay with a top level toon attached but has levelled up himself and learned the games ins and outs.  He is someone that others in the community are happy to group with and who is both respected and has respect for the other gamers around him.  He is happy to help out new players and to answer the questions they ask regardless of how silly some of them sound because to that player the question is a serious one and we all started somewhere.  He is not a griefer, ganker or exploiter.  A true MMO gamer is someone that you would be happy to have as a guildmate or someone that you would respect as an in-game enemy.  I would rather spend my time online in the company of people like this than with some half-assed douche bag that buys his gold from farmers and finds fun in ruining other players experiences.

Just my 2 cents.

-Are you 12 years old? Really, are you? Because that is the sort of thing I would expect from an adolescent.

" - Can afford medium build computer every 2 years "
"- They Can afford to try out  2mmo`s a year"

- When did being an MMO Player become attached to personal income?

"I have been reading the threads here for the last years, and you kidding yourself if you think that we do that other mmo games bashing at the AOC forum..."

-There is game bashing in pretty much every forum on this site, there are people on this site who appear to exist only for the opportunity to bash games. More on this below...

"i have to feel pity with the real warhammer fans, and that they have been overrun by wow redjects."

-And here it is... another great example of game bashing... from you! - Oh, and didn't you mention something about being open to all games just a second ago?

"WOW Redjects"

-First, is a "redject" a reject painted red for some odd reason, did Clint Eastwood get pissed at them perhaps?

-Second, please stop posting... just stop-you look like an idiot. Your only hurting yourself.

-Third, my apologies to twelve-year-olds. Most of them are probably far more concise and  thoughtful in their opinions than whoever wrote this drivel.

What rubbish.

The definition of a true MMo Gamer is aplayer who prefers to play games with social interaction rather than a single player game.

The level of technology required is irreevant as is how many games you play - thats personal choice not a principle

To err is human....to play is divine

I do not flame, I rather have a mature conversation :P

OP you sir are insane, Most MMO players are normal people with normal incomes, and another huge percent  are college students to further education students. We do not have mommy and daddy to buy our comps , pay for insurances, health , and all that other fun things...Im a huge pc gamer not just mmo. I do not upgrade every 2 years i prolly change / upgrade 1 peice a year, as it begins to become outdates , this suites my income as a college student going for a second degree very well.

A computer does not by any means make the gamer. Just because you can run on HD graphics does not mean you have the mindset and stragetical thinking. I dont like to flame in anycase , but this post was so ignorant i had to say something. Just by posting something like that makes you the furthest thing from an MMO player. "Try out 2 MMO or more a year" real MMO players find someting they rlly like and stick with for quite awhile. They research games maybe try a free month. But they dont hop all over the place , thats more like a wannabe MMO player.
