VÖLKERMORD IS LOOKING FOR NEW BLOOD!

Who are we?
-Völkermord is a North American WAR Destruction guild, dedicated to becoming an RvR powerhouse as well as a noted leader in PvE. The core members of Völkermord have MMO roots going back to EQ, FFXI, UO and beyond. In addition, some of us have experienced the Warhammer world for many years through video and tabletop games. We are all excited and dedicated to all the aspects of WAR. We want our guild to be strong, our members to be happy and everyone to have fun, and after a long six months, Völkermord has re-opened it's doors for flesh blood!

Who are we looking for?
-Currently, our doors our open to anyone who is mature, can get loose but also get serious when the time is necessary, and is not a Chaos Chosen (sorry, we have plenty!). Although we do not require a microphone, we do require you to download and use Ventrilo during guild events. Our members are expected to be familiar about their career and do a little bit of reading and researching about it. Prior MMORPG experience is not required, though we do look forward to seeing our members knowledgeable and informed about WAR in general.

About our leaders:
-The leaders of Volkermord our council members, one of whom was the co-leader of one of the largest and most organized guilds on the World of Warcraft server Smolderthorn: Ohnoes. A few of our officers were leaders of some hardcore raiding guilds in the original Everquest as well as other games.  Even if we have a somewhat strong player base, we welcome ANYONE willing to learn about the game and be a part of a great community as well!

I live on the west coast. The guild I was an officer for in WoW was on an east coast server. Most of the other  leadership live in mountain zone with lots of general members living on the east coast. I'm sure you can imagine how this effected raid attendance.

I don't see any info about how you're dealing with this issue. I know some guilds are trying to be national and some regional. I think this time around I'd like to be in a guild that won't have attendance problems caused by where it's members live.

i dont really see that being a problem, all most all of our members are free all night, so we we have west coasters in the guild we will just be starting at a time that fits for them, and we plan to pvp most week nights, so anyone is free to hop on when they get in game, and raids will be on weekends when everyone has time

After some thought, I now think  that a WAR guild with people in enough time zones that the guild can maintain a 24/7 presence would be best so that it can maintain around the clock sieges, keep defense and city plundering.
