Now Live at GamesCampus
9Dragons has now entered its live status with GamesCampus. GamesCampus recently took over control of the MMO from GamersFirst.

Last Chance for Current Players to Move Accounts
GamesCampus will be taking over service for 9Dragons. Current players have until September 15th to "opt in" to have their existing accounts transferred to GamesCampus.

GamesCampus Taking Over North American Service
GamesCampus has announced that it will be taking over North American service for 9Dragons. 9Dragons is currently run by GamersFirst. According to the press release, GamesCampus will honor all player accounts in good standing, including levels, and items if players "opt in" before September 15th. The official relaunch under the GamesCampus umbrella will occur on September 20th.

Data Recovered from Acclaim
GamersFirst has announced that it has reclaimed the data formerly contained on the 9Dragons servers once owned by Acclaim. Players who played 9Dragons prior to Acclaim shutting down servers in August will be able to reclaim their characters on the new GamersFirst servers.

Relaunch Complete
9Dragons has relaunched as part of the stable of free-to-play MMOs in the GamersFirst stable. 9Dragons had originally been distributed and published by Acclaim Games but was 'turned off' when Acclaim gave up distribution rights to all of its MMOs. To celebrate the game's launch as a GamersFirst title, devs have implemented a Level Up Event from now through November 21st.

Protect Your Assets
GamersFirst has let us know that Acclaim will be shutting down 9Dragons servers tonight. As originally reported, the transition from Acclaim's publication of the game to GamersFirst was to take place in September and was to be a seamless move to transfer all characters to the new servers. The move seems to be an obvious tantrum on Acclaim's part for inexplicable reasons. To that end, GamersFirst is encouraging players to take digital inventory, screenshots and more.

GamersFirst Taking Over Publishing
Beginning in September, 9Dragons will be published by GamersFirst according to a press statement released by the gaming portal. Gamers currently playing 9Dragons under Acclaim's publication will continue their service uninterrupted when the game changes hands next month. 9Dragons is a martial arts MMO from Korean developer Indy21. To celebrate the new publisher, Indy21 has released a new and impressive trailer.
