I was wondering if the official forums exist anymore, other than the announcements which can be publicly viewed.  I have tried twice to register forum accounts but I do not receive the email with the activation link.

There appear to be some new people playing so I thought maybe someone else would have tried registering a forum account recently.

The only reason I am asking here is that the official site has no information on how to contact a developer or forum moderator.
