Is this game like all the other asian MMO's with that insta health pots crap? just wondering, because that is what has ruined all my pre experiences with asian/korean MMOs.....

HoT potions or out of combat healin potions are okey by me, just not that "who has the most pots will win a fight" kinda game!

anyone know?

Archlord will use potions, but it won't be potion spam.

We'll know soon enough with beta just around the corner...

I'm not tired of just the pots tho.  It's everything.  The graphics, click to move, etc. that set all of the Korean MMOs apart thats getting old.  "Third person" in those games is closer to top down isometric and has too much of a Diablo feel to me.  I enjoyed diablo x years ago, I tried loading it again once... PAIN.

But, as long as people keep buying and paying monthly fees, they'll continue to clone. *sigh*

even diablo 2 had a way around potion spam, your hit points could only fill up so fast unless you used a rejuvinating potion.

That's the best way I know to handle it. I don't like long cooldowns on consumables, it sort of removes an element of what can be very fun gameplay.  I know why it's done though.

If this game is click to move only I'm going to cry.  I absolutely hate that.  Even if diablo were made today it wouldn't be click to move.
