Turf Battles concerns a once-peaceful land, where Elves and Humans lived and even shared. Now, after a plague that killed many and mutated others, both sides must unite against the monsters and attempt to restore their land to safety and win it back once more.

The game, like many Korean imports, has a high level cap and a PvP focus. There are several modes to choose from, and at certain intervals, players can enter tournaments and participate in in-game tournaments.

There's a pet system, with eggs eventually hatching into magical creatures that will assist you as well as a series of storyline quest chains. The game has somewhat lower requirements and will run on some older machines. Turf Battles will be free to play with an item shop for paid upgrades. The US/English closed beta is set to begin soon, with a release set for later in 2009.
