A Tale in the Desert is holding a writing contest right here in our MMORPG.com forums! What's the deal? Read on, dear friends, read on!

Introduction: Have you ever sat and listened to people? People love to tell stories, and now is your chance to tell yours, and be rewarded for it!

eGenesis, in association with MMORPG.com, is happy to bring you the “My Tale” Writing Contest. We invite players from A Tale in the Desert I, II, and III to come and share their stories from the desert.

Eligibility: Anyone who has ever played A Tale in the Desert, and if you have never played, now's the chance. Go download your free copy now and play for 24 free with no credit card info required.

Time: Contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. E.T. on Sunday, July 23 , 2006 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Thursday, August 3, 2006.

How to Enter: Register on MMORPG.com, go to the A Tale in the Desert Forums and post your tale. Please keep all entries within the terms and conditions of the MMORPG.com forums.

Prizes: ATITD music CDs, autographed t-shirts, 3 months free game time, Book Collection of Alvin Maker, our next MMO, and maybe a rubber chicken.
