The performance was terrible at times. Customer service? Are you kidding me? The GMs did NOTHING. But they DID ban some bots. My biggest thing was the game is called SILKROAD. It's all about trading. Well the way the game was designed. Nobody can ever trade, and Thieves cheat to steal the goods. Hunters are very greedy, so the "Silkroad" part fell apart.
