The folks at the Chronicles of Spellborn have posted the patch notes for patch 1.0.4: Scroll of Keys and Courage which went live today.
The patch 1.0.4 - "Scroll of Keys and Courage" will be deployed, Tuesday May 12th, 2009
The time has come to fight! Prepare your blades, skill decks, and your most beautiful armors. House Maul has opened the Arena for organized matches. You will be able to sign up in Hawksmouth or the Quarterstone Arena District, to battle in The Chronicles of Spellborn! Skirmish matches are open to anyone at any time; House Maul will make sure the fairest setup of gladiators will be placed opposite of each other.

Many stuff in this patch, mostly fixes. Looks good, hopefully this is not an yearly patch or something, but it's not their first patch either. If they can keep patches like this on a steady rate that fix stuff often this game will surely show why it is P2P.
I also like the Webinar feature of allowing players to talk and discuss with developers, not keeping an eye on how it is working though.
