This game is so much fun to play, but the support for the game leaves much to be desired. If you have a problem in the game, might as well forget about getting help from live support. They don't speak much english and quite frankly don't seem to care if you have a problem unless it means they get money.

This brings me to my next piece of advice... don't EVER buy from their Item Mall. Unless of course you don't mind having your credit card information stolen as was the case with 3 of my friends... and I'm sure more that have not been reported as well.

Overall, I love this game. But the people running it have shown themselves care of nothing but money. Therefore if you can keep from buying from them you should be fine. I've played this game for almost a year and you seriously don't need the mall.

I agree if you can avoid it then do so. The Item mall has a couple of good things that enhance the game but nothing that is worth the trouble it could cause.

I have been playing for a little over two years now and the few things I did buy from the item mall were not worth it.  There are those in the game that swear by the item mall and those that use the item mall strictly as a money maker in the game. You can make money without selling item mall stuff and the pets that are sold in the item mall are not any better than the ones you can get in the game.

They might have a couple of advantages but I watched a Holy Dragon get taken down by a Ghost warrior. HD is an Item mall pet and the GW is available in the game by doing the thiefs quest. Pets all depend on how you build them in this game. Hell I have even seen a bloodpede (starter pet very common) that scared the hell out of me. Damn thing took out a lot of players before they finally axed it.

To sum it all up the item mall is your choice but you really don't need it.
