EverQuest II Videos: The Withered Lands (1:08)

Sony Online Entertainment has laid out details about EverQuest II Update 63: Skyshine. In Skyshine, the Destiny of Velious storyline continues as players head into the Withered Lands, seeking entrance to Skyshrine, the ancient dragon city. The new content will feature a level cap increase, a new zone to explore and over a hundred new quests. The game is definately not designed around PVP in mind.. The PVE servers are where the majority of the population hangs out. I play on Antonia Bayle server myself and there is usually always a medium to heavy server population usually in the red.

I personally believe the game moves WAY to fast (xp wise). I just came back to it myself I played when it first launched and didnt care for it back then. Came back in October... I am running almost 95% of my xp towards Alternate advancement..So I dont outlevel all the Content. Loving the game though this time around. You will never run out of stuff to do. However if you dont slow your XP you will miss SOOOO much content.. They really should slow the xp down again IMHO.
