I didn't say I used CS a few times.  I said I used them a few times on each game.  If you are really that bothered by it, the total number was 10 times.  You complain because they told you they were working on bugs.  Would you rather they tell you they aren't going to fix them?  I went through DoF and was only affected by one bug so I can't really relate.  I didn't say, 'SOE has such a great track record'.  I was saying that they seem to have a better track record than the leading competition from what I read.  You should read it as well, perhaps slowly too.  Neither score is very good officially.  You should know that a D and F are at the bottom of the scale. 

It seems you need to read these posts before you reply and not just skim.

You also seem to be confusing a CS agent telling you all that they know and saying that it is being worked on, and what the developers are actually doing.  They are two separate entities.  Too often people blame the person on the other end of the phone for what is totally out of their control, and labeling CS as sucky, when actually they gave you all the info that they knew about.

As for my opinion in a place that you deem it inappropriate, this is very presumptuous for you to say.  If you are unable to handle an opposing point of view, you may not have the best time here.  The world is full of people offering opinions.  You should probably get use to it.

If there was a 'we hate Blizzard' thread people that don't agree would be all over it.

what i said was... they released expansions unfinished... (surely you must know we pay for these things) if they release and expansion unfinished and tell me they are working on it while i already gave them my money i have every right to be pissed off...

this is a thread for us to vent our displeasure with a company that has ruined several mmo's for a lot of players

I do not hate SOE as much as other do

They do thinks very good and on the otherhand ******* things up.

I loved playing eq2 for a very long time and it was a good game Until a couple of patches made it Crap.

- unbalanced chars (game is pve based system , they just put pvp in it while its just not disigned for it)

-because its unbalanced they NERf the chars, always done very poorly so its no improvement at all

-unbalanced loot (my opinion, one zone youl get the best shit, other zone your crying)

Time of help from the DEVS can improve big time.

BIGGEST problem > NOOBING the game

Where was the time that you shiver when you entered Nek forest, afraid to get your ass kicked.

All over, they made the game more like wow now , Easy as hell.

its a shame , coz all with all its a good game wich i played a very long time for a reason.

My caster does not die in 1.  He takes several hits from higher mobs and is still breathing.  Learn to build a caster or perhaps learn to play it properly.  Each has its own strengths and weaknesses.

Not that I'll ever know, since I wouldn't spend a dime *ever* on anything SOE makes after the SWG NGE crap-fest.

It's too bad, because I would have given Vanguard a try perhaps. Not a chance now though.

No, it's not "my loss". It's SOE's loss - they lose any potential income from my wife or I, and we are both rabid MMO's players. So ultimately SOE loses probably several hundred dollars that we would have spent on their games ( we had three accounts for SWG for almost three years before we cancelled, you add up the cost   ) And there are thousands, probably ten's of thousands of gamers that are doing the same thing that I'm doing. SOE cost themselves hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost income and millions of dollars in bad publicity with gamers everywhere.

When a company is so disliked by so many players that they need their own "hate" thread on a major MMORPG site, that really says something. And it's not good.

My loss was losing multiple characters that I'd worked for years on, which were destroyed by their ill though-out NGE.

So get your "losses" straight, ok?

Every game has own haters and lovers. Especialy when that company make big decission which isnt accepted by all players. Imo its more brave and strange to do so. I dont know the situation with SWG, but SOE seems to me as a company with the best MMO games on market.
You are absolutly right, that decisons and errors made by SOE cost a lot of players, but taking something personaly if we are talking about company isnt right way imo. If you enjoy game (at least for some time) you should give them a secon chance (esspecialy if you dont know the background of the wierd situation).
And finally its also your loss if u miss the best games only because u "hate" company or something
