Why would someone want to play this game? It has no custimaztion

The races in this game are dependant on which class you choose. When you decide which class you want to play your character is already preset with the gender, race, and outfit. As you level up in the game you will be able to customize your characters weapons and clothing, but that is the only customization you have.
