What is taking them so long according to screenshots they are already done is it because of the Nintendo issues?

What do you mean couldnt make up there own art Cell shaded graphics have been around way longer then you would think thus, discluding the wind waker.

Wah? Are you trying to say that all cell shaded games resemble this art style? I think the user you quoted was just pointing out the obvious fact that the characters have the same eyes and body features as the characters from wind waker and almost look exactly the same.

Art has nothing to do with what techniques they use to build the graphics.

yeah i do think it looks like legend of zelda windwaker it looks so darn aweswome!! I need to know when it comes out!
