I really don't understand why this game isn't rated higher. Ive been floating around for a game after quitting wow. Went to war for a week then tried Atlatica (would still be playing that if it wasn't for this game). So addictive, if you floating around bored of the games/mmo's try this trial as well might be your new home to. Its a break from the fantasy mmos.

This is one of those games that grew on me over time. I find myself coming back to it after getting bored with other MMOs. It may very well become my primary MMO, since I'm getting pretty tired of fantasy-based games.

Game was very fun for it's duration, lots of customization to be had, but gameplay seemed to be boring after awhile. By level 14, your already getting drop dead sick of doing the SAME missions over and over with different titles. The game is a good batch of fun, but alternative means of leveling need to be found. No one enjoys doing the same thing over and over for 50 levels.

CoV is a great game: lots of content and immersive gameplay will entertain you for many many months ahead. CoV is clearly a game who received a lot of dedication and hard work by its developers. Two thumbs up!

I've played the "Hero" side of this game more than the villian side but from what I've seen both sides are quite solid. The villian side seems a bit more challenging and seems to have fewer quests. But the quests I have done on the villian side have also been a lot better developed and fun than those on the hero side (I suspect this is because the villian expansion was released after the original hero game). The bank robbery mission was quite awsome to give you an example.
