Mequellios writes: I love that guys accent. And Cinematics for many of the quests rather than a text box? WIN! Wed May 21 2008 3:51AM
lobotoja writes: What sssee ssuusscck isss hisss sssaingsss, that guy should learn to pronounce words properly before anyone gave him a chance to do a presentation. Wed May 21 2008 6:13AM
kitsunegirl writes: The guy yapping makes me think of the Swedish Chef from the Muppets. "Eersh kabeersh kabeersh mork mork!" Wed May 21 2008 10:50AM
Stradden writes: Wow guys. First of all, he's the Game Director. That's why he's giving the presentation. Second, English is not his first language. Bash the game all you like guys, but making fun of someone for speaking differently is just rude. Wed May 21 2008 10:58AM
DeaconX writes: Anyone's character SIT DOWN and thus disappear during character customization? That happened to me and I had to wait until he finally decided to get back up. I knew right there my character had the right 'attitude' problem I was looking for ;) jk Wed May 21 2008 11:15AM
m3ta writes: Stradden: AND? "different" is one thing. "PLAIN BAD" is another. Wed May 21 2008 11:35AM
Gamefreek67 writes: I really like the Character Creation for this game. I really like the fact that your character is sitting down on the slave ship and stands up when you create it. Wed May 21 2008 2:25PM
Kamelot83 writes: obviously it's not gonna be cinematics for every quest, but atleast the main questline. Win anyway :) Wed May 21 2008 3:17PM
daeandor writes: That's the way to get people in the game. The same thing will get boring over the course of a zillion alts, but that first toon will always have good memories of the way you begin. Wed May 21 2008 3:58PM
Hardcoreksig writes: "What sssee ssuusscck isss hisss sssaingsss, that guy should learn to pronounce words properly before anyone gave him a chance to do a presentation." I want you to learn enough Swedish to be able to give a presentation, then go to Sweden and give that presentation...people would say the same thing about you, so don't be so arrogant. On topic: I currently play another mmo, but may have to switch soon :) Wed May 21 2008 5:26PM
Nkotb writes: Not that it would deter me from playing a game, but remember we're in a global era, sort of earth-village if you will. If you cannot present your product to an audience that would understand you, you may not be as productive as the next salesperson. Why do you think people are learning Chinese? To be able to get a piece of that 1.x billion population. Ask the Chinese to speak English to you? Try again. Similarly, if the game is to be presented in a US market, try to ask them to learn Swedish and see how far the business prospers. Again, not to make fun of the accent or anything, but just pointing out effective sales techniques. Fri May 23 2008 12:54PM

Qmire writes: Love this high customization in this game, it was so large that first after creating my char, i noticed i had missed some other interesting options, you could really end up spending a whole day designing your own character if you so wished to make a really unique one. Great game aswell of course hehe, loving it so far! Sun May 25 2008 6:11AM
Riens writes: Finally someone paid attention. We want to all be different and unique. if you cant find that here you just cant find it. As when EQ leapt forward inthe genre i'd say here we go again! I'm buying it! Sun May 25 2008 5:46PM
weg886 writes: I had a hard time understanding him , dont think iam getting the game but graphics look real nice. Mon May 26 2008 11:22AM
Flummoxed writes: Interesting - they grasp the importance of "being needed in the social experience" and of playing a shared Story - yet did they trade both those away with too-heavy instancing? Mon May 26 2008 1:29PM
Gröm writes: He's actually Norwegian, not Swedish - at least know where and how to pound someone. Anyway I can understand him perfectly and I'm not English. So the hell with that and what you're saying. Anyway I'm getting more and more interested in this game and was waiting for it's realease - Cheers! Tue May 27 2008 7:10PM
mstrsrevati writes: Geesh if all you can find to do is bash others for having an accent you need a life. Not everyone is from the US. I'm sure your English isn't perfect either. Seems to me that people are just looking for any reason to pick the game apart. Sorry but that's a poor excuse to me. I'm excited about this game. I didn't get into the betas unfortunately. The character customization is exactly what I'm looking for. I don't want to look like every 3rd person that walks by me. I want to stand out among other players and be unique. This game looks like it just might give me all I want and more. I can't wait to try it! Wed May 28 2008 12:11AM
