The long-awaited Patch 1.05 for Age of Conan goes live today. This patch is the biggest patch to Conan yet and contains changes intended to entirely reshape the game experience. In addition, 1.05 adds the new zone Tarantia Commons to the game, a zone for Level 75+ players to explore.

Some notable changes in Patch 1.05 include, but are not limited to:

• Item Revamp: Item statistics have greater meaning and purpose.
• HP Boost and Balance Changes: All characters have more HP, expect much less insta-gibbing, and all classes have experienced extensive balance changes.
• Guild City Revamp: Guild cities are brought to life with the infusion of a scaling NPC population. Players can now also warp to their guild city.
• Gem Revamp: The gem system has been given the overhaul it deserves.
