Ok, to start off,

I would suggest to makes lots of crafts for players to pursue and not allow anyone to PvP because I have had bad experiences with griefers and PvPers. They have no place in online gaming!

Just kidding, but I'm going to have to disagree on that. Age of Conan would almost have to have PvP in it if they want to put the essence of the story into the game. I'm sure there will be lots of crafts to do (people are going to be building their own cities and towns so I imagine crafts and crafts people will be plenty and often), but what fun would it be if it couldn't be destroyed and you didn't have to fight others to protect it. If some one burned down my house or shop you can bet I would be planning on ransacking their town too.

My suggestion to the devs is to make the city building process dynamic, really interactive, and make it so each town/city can develop it's own identity. I would love to see mechanics for some city-state wars in game.

Although I see nothing wrong with PvE games (unlike alot of people).

Age of Conan screams PvP, this is supposed to be a cruel, violent world.

Lunar_Knight we all wish devs would be more creative but it seems in the end, no matter what they say, its just the same game with different graphics.

Ive always had a dream of wen tou lvl you get to make youre own special move! Ewry 10 th lvl ore so, and the higher lvl the longer spesialized move! It wuld give you ALOT of options! And showing of youre moves in a pvp arena (second idea) wuld be awsome!

Stay true to the magazines and novels.  That means lottsa hot naked winching and gambling and drinking and everything eveil you can imagine.  Yes Conan lives in a brutal world TRUE however hi quest are EPIC keep the adventures that way, captures some princesses, rape some town wench something different, don;t give us this teeny bopper quest crap "ok now go get me 2 coconuts bring them back and receive a new loin cloth" UGH numerous PVP.  Balance character races, make the inns EXCITING not stale clones of other games EXAMPLE, allow the character to pinch the serving wenches butt or something maybe have them have some kind of hate love meter towards your PC, set up arm wrestling, drinking and gambling at the tables!  Oh yeah and ALWAYS have that mysterious mage lurking in the shadows of the darkerst corner lol.  Makke combat mean something not just a freking GRIND session, have instances to where every once in a whille a combat will lead to an epic type quest or the folowing of an NPC to help you on your next quest.

By that logic permadeath should be included in AoC as well. After all, none of the people Conan killed woke up in a distant city and had to do a corpse run.

A win/lost record and or pvp rate or a titled status such as warmonger or warlord etc. and maybe minor bonuses charismatic in nature (become famous in taverns, followers, liked, cheaper ale/food etc.) for a greater win ratio and maybe giving players marks and scars from to many pvp deaths or lower ratio (even eye patches/glass eyes scars maybe a missing tooth or crooked nose even a missing ear).
This can also be used in pve but I would maybe make the titles different as well as the marks. (Could also combine the two giving added uniqueness to each character)

Options for marks or tattoos upon defeating a certain foe or quest.

In depth crafting normal and magical in nature from clothing to items and weapons/armor and the option to create new and unique items by questing a rare object/components and/or mixing different components/spell craft etc..

Have different cites/town built and evolve into resembling what would be normal for a given terrain or area (moss, ivy, mudbuilt, woodbuilt, etc..)
