Hey guys this will be my first time  really playing this game and i want to know about what server is best to start on if you have never played before and what classes are fun to play.

Are you going to sub or FtP? FtP limits your choice of playable characters to 4:  Barbarian, Demonologist, Guardian or Priest of Mitra. To suggest a server or character to play is not really possible with the broad introduction you have given. Are you going to start out on a PvP server or a PvE? As far as what is the most fun to play, that depends entirely on which play style you prefer. Do you like casting spells or melee combat? Do you like the ability to stealth or don't care about that? Would you rather be able to equip all kinds of armor, weapons, and shields and take a lot of damage, or maybe forgo all that infavor of a lighter more nimble warrior who can really deal out some damage. What about ranged combat? Do you like using a bow as a primary weapon?

The best way to find out the answer to your questions is play a couple of characters up to level 20 or so and then decide. Really the only way to find out what you like playing is to try a character out for a while and see.

As far as PvE Set is a good server (I started not long ago and Set has been good to me).

As far as classthey all seem good, my GF liked priest, I play a Demonologist.

I ended up getting the CE and Gold Expans (ebay). as well as subbing for a year (that Oct offer).

If you like melee classes, you will gain some real skill as you move up in level (its not a tab 123, tab 123, type MMO of melee).

If this is your first exposure to the game the only recommendation I can give is steer clear of the Deathwish server. This is a PvP server with an extended rule-set that can be very unforgiving to newcomers.

Go Deathwish! It's best bang for your buck, literally!
