As the title states, just a couple questions, when it went F2P/Freemium the FAQ seemed to have some misleading info regarding the RotGS xpac content. Hoping someone can let me know whats up.

1. If i have paid for RotGS content via xpac when the game was sub only, do i still have to rent access to the RotGS content in 3/7 day blocks as a F2P?

2. Are unlocks/purchases in the store still bound to a single toon vs account?

1) yes unless you subscribe (free access to gateway to kithai area, though).

2) Some are toon bound (like the access passes) other are account bound (like adventure packs). Each item in the store says wether it's toon or account bound.
