Ive played and still play since launch. I have bought almost everything there is to buy there and still have an active premium account. But....im sick and tired of the way Funcom treats its customers! They treat us like crap and ask more and more money for more and more crap.

You have to pay like 20 euros for a little item you can only use on 1 person. All other games let you use it per account. Once used and if deleted you cant retreave. Thats even more crap! No other game lets you pay and never be able to retreave.

Also, whats up with the locking down, banning, etc. of people that are asking legit questions? Its seems Funcom is going dictator that way. People ask about problems that have been there since launch and they get banned, kicked or locked threads for it.

How does Funcom think they can keep people inside with that kind of additude? I dont even think they care anymore. They cant even program well anyways! Look at the new area, its full of old graphics stolen from other areas. Only thing is the guards and the city. The rest is old crap. And to be honest, there arent any new items in the world drops. Whats up with that? And then the devs never answer anything. And you get for an answer that if they responded no new things would be made, but there is nothing new! And wont be! They are all programming for the new game! To steal even more money from us! Hahaha, if they think we are so stupid to pay more money then they are crap!

Nobody is forcing you to buy stuff from their shop.

It's their forum as in they bloody own the space so you better abide by their rules... it's not a public space. If they feel they have a right to end a thread, they will. Most of the time forum mods are right.

"Devs" don't have to answer question on the forums. If developers take their time to answer some question, more power to them. I doubt anybody would hire a developer to answer questions on the forums. By the way you talk, I doubt you would be fit to be part of a larger team that works on an MMO.

At least you're getting some kind of response out of them.  At launch, they just ignored us completely and kept releasing happy, happy, joy, joy messages about how well everything was going.  You must be a glutton for punishment for having persevered this long. 

OP, perhaps it's time to take a break from AoC ? :)

I just started about 2 months ago, and I'm having a blast. The cash shop and it's contents are not my concern, I can play perfectly well as a subscriber without buying a single thing other than new expansions.
