It''s my job to be objective, it''s my right to have an opinion.

I want everyone who plays this game to read these chat logs, and then tell me if I'm in the wrong for telling Funcom "You've failed your customers"

I've really just absolutely lost any and all patience for the complete and utter ineptitude of Funcom's customer service. The problem used to be that GM's were just slow; now they're slow, don't listen, and mildly retarded.

Get it together already, ffs.

Well, I've had similar things happento me in WoW. On the first week of our 25-man raiding a GM reset Magtheridon for us that had died instantly after phase one with no loot. Two days later after the instance reset the same thing happened and we got one of these 'I can't help you have a nice day' guys.  I guess in every industry the same truth holds true, there are those few who are extremely dedicated to their professions and then the majority that doesn't give a toss.

That was one frustrating experience, lets hope this type of GM is the exception rather then standard. And lol for mt'ing him a retard. I am glad to took screenshots as the fanbois would not have believed it otherwise.

The fact you even called him a retard and tried to pass off it was an accident just shows the players that actually still play this game.

I think the OP should apologize to all mentally retarded people for the insult implied by associating them with that jackass of a GM. Last time I had dealings with a Funcom Gm was during AO's launch. I see that they are still  as incompetent  as ever.

He has the right to throw his sweets out of his pram, hes paying for a service, the GM is clearly incompetent and lacks any knowledge of the game. I doubt the OP is a kid, but your total lack of understanding what this topic is about shows your reading comprehension age.
